Mekhela Chador is the main dress of Assamese women.
Mekhela cover the lower part of the body and the Chador is ware to cover the upper part body.
Dhoti and Gamosa is the main dress of Assamese men.
Dhoti cover the lower part of the body and the Gamosa is ware to cover the upper part body.
Saree which usually made of cotton or silk is the main dress of Bengali women. it is a long piece of cloth which cover full body.
